Located at 1331 Wellington Street West in Ottawa, close to the Bagelshop that I love, Agave Grill is a small restaurant and bar that serves Mexican and Southwestern meals accompanied with margaritas and sangria.

The staff and owners here are great, and always attentive and friendly with guests. The margaritas are very good, and I’d recommend getting some guac and chips to snack on while you decide on your orders.

My top tip is to check the daily deals, and try to get one of the front tables so you can people-watch while you dine. This will be a challenge, though, as this place is only small and gets busy often!

Agave also offers take-out and delivery, which can be ordered on their website.
