Love Burgers? You need to check out this Ottawa spot!

Founded all the way back in 2001, The Works is now available in 27 locations worldwide. Their first store opened in Ottawa, and is now described by most of the burger addicts, as one of their favorite places. The meat that is utilized at The Works, is famous for having being tender, and having a smoky taste. The menu can be a bit overwhelming, especially for the first timers, as there are a lot of options to choose from. The Works’ unique selling point, is the availability to get anything on the menu as a take-out, this is not always the case in most of the places I’ve visited recently, which can be frustrating. Even on the busiest days, it takes less than 20 minutes for your order to be completed, ideal when you’re in a rush.

Opening hours are 11 AM to 10 PM, so this is the place for anytime other than breakfast. The menu pricing is a ‘$$’ on Yelp, which is cheaper than most places I frequent, but still rather pricey. The design of this place shouldn’t be taken for granted, as even the little details have been thought about. One of these details is that there are cute salt and pepper shakers, which are nicely placed in empty light bulbs. Another illustration of the designer’s brilliance, is the use of measuring cups instead of the regular cups you’ll find elsewhere.
